DECISIONS:

Many people are more and more displaying on the net self styled Orders.We definitively choose and decided (resolution 5/09 of the Grand Council) to limit the number of Knights and Dames to 1000  (one thousand).Knights and Dames should either be nobles (with acknowledgement of our College of Nobles and Chivalry),or Men and Dames of God:Religious,clergymen,pastors and ministers;We are fully Eucumenical,and our Lutheran Church have signed various agreements of Full Comunion between Sisters Churches.(e.g.the wesleyans,methodist,Orthodox,and the Anglican Church(South America)

.The Noble & Religious (Associative) Order of Saint Paul (N.R.S.P.)is the Church's Awarding Arm.

these Leters Patent are not valid anymore.Our Bros.and Sisters should ask the Chancellery for the new Diploma,along with proof of their nobility(for those who don't yet belong to the "College of Nobles and Chivalry),or,for our Bros.and Sisters "belonging to the clergy,their proof of ordination,and good standing within their religious affiliation" 

ABOUT THE PRICKLY QUESTION OF"FONS HONORUM"(Fountain of Honor)                    Suposedly only acknowledged when it is coming from the Church of Rome,even today the Orthodox Church bestow chivalresc titles,religious merit,and nobility titles "ad personam"

.WE DO BELIEVE ALL CHRISTIAN CHURCHES HAVE IN FRONT OF THEIR FAITHFUL  SOVEREIGNITY THEREFOR LEGITIMATE "FONS HONRUM".
