On the 27th day of September in the year of our Lord 2005, The Grand chancellor decreed that the following be placed on the statutes of the Order of Saint Paul."In order to award outstanding humanitarian works, the Grand Council , headed by the Gd. Chancellor, the motion was duly made and carried out to creare a special corps of Militian Knights "Ad Honorem" and pro Merito".This new arm of the Order of Saint Paul, in accordance with the Statutes and Constitution of the Order, Artical 10,11 and Artical, D. of the national Structure. This Militia falls under the Juridiction of the Lt. Ceremonist. (cf. International Structure) and is dedicated to the protection of the Christian Church of St. Peter and Saint Paul. as well as being an awarding arm for individuals for meritoprious works in the field of Evangelim, help to the poor and people in need and to be generally speaking for the good and the progress of humanity, human beings, peace and enlightment for all.
It's organization and hierarchy is made as follows:
Members Militian Knights may prefix their names with: M.K.S.P. Further, the ranks of the Militia are: M.K. Officers with the rank of Formation Leader, then M.K. Cdr. with the rank of Group Leader. Those should be appointed by the head of a Commandery with the approval of the Grand Council. Upon recommandation of the Gd. Chancellor and approval of the Grand Council. The following ranks might be awarded: M.K. Grand Officer, Diocesian Leader, and M.K. Grand Cross, Archdiocesian Leader.
They may perfix their names with:
M.K.S.P.
M.K.Cdr.S.P.
M.K.G.O.S.P.
M.K.G.C.S.P.
The title and award of Militian Knight Grand Cross is at the sole discretion of the Lt. General and the Gd. Chancellor.
