Regalia of the Order of Saint Paul shall be of uniform design and colors as ordered by the Grand Council The Colors of the ribbons shall be blue-green, and The Militia colors are of Green

All Knights and Dames, Commanders are entitled to prefix their name with "His Excellency Commander (H.E.Cdr.) The Knights and Dames Grand Cross are entitled to prefix their name with "His Excellency Chevalier" or Her Excellency Dame" (H.E.Chev. or H.E.Dame)

The Medal of Merit of the Order of Saint Paul consists of the Shield of the Saint Peter and Saint Paul Ministries, on a cross on a ribbon to be worn around the neck on a green ribbon.

The Medal of the Knights Militia, on a green ribbon is worn around the neck, and consists of a round bronze medal incorporating a cross, with the Sheild of the Order of Saint Peter and Saint Paul ministries. It intitles the holder to the prefix M.K.S.P. or M.K.Car.S.P. to their name, there are others as well.
